Weekend Wins at the HSC!

What an incredible weekend for our club—possibly a record-setting one! Despite cold temperatures and brisk winds, our members rallied, supported one another, and walked away with some major achievements worth celebrating.

A huge congratulations goes out to Ashleigh, Casey, and Lina for successfully completing the requirements for their Commercial Glider certificates. Caitlyn also reached a major milestone by passing the requirements for her Private Glider certificate, and Taylor wrapped up the weekend by completing the requirements for the Private Pilot SEL certificate. Their instructor, Shane, played a big part in making the weekend a success as well, and his hard work certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

These accomplishments represent a tremendous amount of dedication, training, and persistence, and we couldn’t be prouder of the work each pilot put in.

A big thank-you goes out to everyone who came to help, support, tow, and cheer despite Sunday’s tough winter weather. Your teamwork and willingness to pitch in are what make our club so special.
